What are the chances of having an "Events" sub-forum added to the tekko forums? As I recall, we had one on the old boards, and it seems like it would be helpful here.
For example, I want to go start a new thread about my idea for the world's largest game of Ninja. There was a thread on the old forums, and people seemed to really like the idea.
However, here on the new forums... well, where would I put it? Obviously in Forums > Tekkoshocon >
but it doesnt belong in Forums > Tekkoshocon > Cosplay or in Forums > Tekkoshocon > Exhibitors and I dont think it quite fits in with Forums > Tekkoshocon > Programming. (I could be wrong about that though)

So, does anyone think there is a need for an "events" board? It looks like currently Events would just be kinda tossed in with panels, but I feel it would be better to have a separate board for Panels and for events like the Masquerade and the Talent show, and for community-suggested events like the World-record game of Ninja.

And now I feel like a moron because I realized I already DID make that post about the game of Ninja, and I DID post it in the Programming board.
My bad.

However, I still think separate "Panels" and "Events" boards might be a nice idea. Anyone else think it would be useful?

We decided to condense the forums when we moved to the new software.  We just had too many sub groups and ended up with no posts or little activity.
