AA Table Payments

Should we be purchasing our badges or wait until the table payment requests come? When can we expect to be receiving those?

i got mine, as did a couple others, drop the person in charge a note and see what's up would be my suggestion.

Some shows make the artists have special badges or stickers or flags so that staff knows who's allowed in the alley during set up hours. Just checking that I didn't miss something else.

New question, then:
What should my artist do when he arrives at the show to set up and needs to buy a badge? Does he need to tell the registration folks anything fancy? Should I have a table number/transaction number/proof of AA-ness to give him to make his pay-at-the-door badge registration smoother?

You will need a special artists badge, but since you didn't pre-register, you will have to go register before you can pick that up, he will need to tell the registration people that he is an artist..
Email me at kandice.hartner@ tekkoshocon.com with the names of everyone who didn't pre-register so I can send a list over to the registration head as a heads up so they can keep a certain number of artists badges with them, as everyone who already pre-reged will be picking up their badges directly from me in the artists alley. Also, proof of your table payment wouldn't hurt either

I had major back surgery in August, and though I no longer suffer debilitating pain, I cannot lift heavy things. He also is the one who knows how to set up my table shelves as they are his layout and design. He will be behind the table with me 95% of the time artist alley is open, and will be carrying the heavy loads, staying behind the table to allow me breaks, etc.
It seems odd that he would need two badges. Could we please allow him to be there with me for set up and tear down? It really is essential for me, and we really can't afford another badge, especially now that pre-registration has closed down.
We had emailed the artist alley head before table payments were even invoiced to let her know that he was a panelist and would need to have access for my table, but had not heard back until the Panel Head contacted him today.
Please let me know what has to happen so we can plan appropriately. Thanks!
