Hi. I have a few buddies coming up to just attend the con on Saturday. There is no information about Saturday only rates. They would like to know before deciding to come. Can you please tell me what the general rate for Saturday only is?

There is no Saturday-only badge.

The only option is the General Admission badge ($50 at door).

Saturday's always Tekkoshocon's biggest day, and there is so much going on. For example, they have there main concerts, dance, and other competitions on that day, so they charge the GA (General Admission) price for Saturday. If there is still room left (meaning they haven't sold all their General Admissions tickets Wednesday, thursday or friday), you can pick them up at the door for $50 a piece.

Don't worry about Tekko selling out before Saturday! They plan very well!
But yes, there are no single day passes this year. In the past the Saturday only admission was $45. Which was the same cost of the pre reg general admission badges this year, so it was kind of like paying for one day and getting 3 (well 4 if you count Wednesday!) for free!
And even if you missed the pre reg prices, you can still look at paying $50 as a really good deal. For only $5 more dollars then Saturday only prices from last year you can come and go any day that you please!

See. We remember only paying $25 or $30 at most for Saturday only. If it is the full general admission price, then my buddies will not be coming putting me in a tight situation >.<

That would be about two years ago. We stayed for the entire con last year with the club we're in.

2009 is the last year that Tekkoshocon had a Saturday only registration.  That registration cost $40.  The last time Tekkoshocon charged $25 for a Saturday only badge was Tekkoshocon II; eight years ago.
