I know its late in the game but I sent in an application to be on staff this year, was on it last year and enjoyed every second. But the email account I had tied to it became hacked and I couldn't receive emails through it. :(  I found this out after the application was taking down and after the emails were sent. So I am not sure if I was expose to receive one. I was hoping for event security or public safety. If anyone can inform me on what to do. I was planning on going to the panic meeting, but i was hoping there were other things I can do. Thank you.

Jason Blankenship is our chief of staff.  Phil Snyder is the head of Public Safety.

Prager- Tekkoshocon's official staff grumpy-person: "Seriously, I do not have enough coffee to deal with this."

I've also been accpeted for Tekko staff for this year, but since finding that out at the end of February, have heard NOTHING else. I volunteered to assist in interpreting for the Japanese bands, and I would most appreciate it if I could find out as soon as possible if Tekko does in fact want me to do that or for something else I volunteered to do. I'd just like to plan ahead is all, especially if you guys want me to help interpret (which if you do, please, please tell me that you have another more experienced interpreter lined up, too!).

"I was hoping for event security or public safety."

Hence why I said to contact Phil

yeah, I was going to say, my information is the information given to me. Most the time, it's safe to say, look for a group of people who look like anime nerds. (hate to say it, but you can't deny the truth)

Um, I just found out I won't be able to make it to the Panic Meeting. I emailed Jason several days ago and he still hasn't gotten back to me though. I'd really, really like to know for sure if I'm expected to assist the interpreters at all or not so that I can prepare.
