This list was found on wiki, and to my surprise bleach and one piece were not in the top 10. (however for the anime on the wiki link who are on going right now it seems they need to refresh the list)

Anime List:

1 Sazae-san - (6429+)
2 Doraemon - (1787)
3 Nintama Rantarō - (1483+)
4 Hoka Hoka Kazoku - (1428)
5 Prince Mackaroo - (1170+)
6 Soreike! Anpanman - (1100+)
7 Chibi Maruko-chan - (793+)
8 Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō - (726)
9 Crayon Shin-chan - (815+)
10 Ninja Hattori-kun (694)

Note:
As stated on the wiki link anime franchises with multiple television series (e.g. Sailor Moon) will not be listed.. (safe bet that gundam was also not on there list)

I wasn't trrying to  really archive wiki but that seems to be the only source that pops up when I check the search engine. I was hoping to find an article on anime network or something but no real luck.

I don't want to insult that list wiki has but if the anime they have on there list runs for 7 minutes or so like Sazae-san how is that really a tv series isn't it more like a comic strip funny to a point. (if that makes sence)
