That's not really in keeping with the anime/video games/j-culture theme of the bands Tekko invites.  Sure steampunk is cool, but Steam Powered Giraffe doesn't seem to be the sort of group we would bring in.

One of their members went solo and does more of a "pop" thing.  He goes by the stage name HITT.  So, yeah, they broke up.

I know it hasn't bee very long since they came to tekko but I would love to see lix again.
They changed their style alot since they came and they even remastered all of their songs (and made some new ones) so it won't be what we heard the year they came.
They're also very interactive with the audience, more than any other band I seen, so everyone would have fun. Please consider them atleast OTL

Tainted Reality is unable to bring bands over at this point. So even if Tekko would consider a band that has been a past guest (Gogal said they won't) lix wouldn't be able to come.

J-rock North brought them too canada and they'll bring bands too North America so maybe they'd be able to help? I thought Gogal said they won't bring them back in the *immediate* future. ><;;

Roger (Tainted Reality) was just talking about this last night. From what I understand, he manages the bands from Starwave Records while they are in the states. Neither him nor Kiwamu (Starwave Records) can incur the financial burdens of bringing a band to America at this time. Roger was talking about how airfare alone was one expense they can't currently afford because a single ticket can range between $1600 and $2200, as opposed to $800 a few years ago.

While my statement about past bands may have been more absolute than Gogal's originally, I would consider a span of 2 years (since lix was here) to be the "immediate" future.

I was watching Roger's steam last night too and I understand that the prices are insane now so Tainted Reality can't bring over bands >< However, I think J-rock North could possibly bring over bands to Pittsburgh instead. http://j-rocknorth.com/ If they could bring lix to Toronto then they could most likely bring them too Pittsburgh.

I guess it would be pretty soon to bring them back but they changed enough so we'll get something pretty new. I think they would make the concert even better than the one 2 years ago.
