Joystiq is reporting on Namco Bandai's press event from yesterday, during which the latest expansion to the Dynasty Warriors video game series was introduced. Continuing the trend for the series to use licensed anime properties set by the Dynasty Warriors: Gundam series and Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage, Namco Bandai and Koei announced that One Piece: Pirate Warriors would be released in North America in November of 2012. The press release mentions only the Playstation 3 as a release platform, which is puzzling considering that previous licensed Dynasty Warriors games have also been released on the Xbox 360.

One Piece Pirate Warriors is only going to be on the PS3, not really that odd but somewhat of a let down becuse it won't be on the xbox360
