Okay, so with the weather it's pretty hot outside, how to cool off without the pools open yet? Ice Skating! I've seen photos in the past of other meetups in the summer for Cosplay Skating and I thought it might be a cool idea. (no puns intended.)
Probably would not be till later in the summer, and I'm no good with organizing anything, so there'd need to be help on this... Anybody else interest?

Of course cosplay would be optional, but wearing something anime/video game-realted would give us a clue you're atleast here for the group. If you do Cosplay, you'd probably only want to wear something lightweight/ easy to maneuver in. I don't think the ice skating rinks have a real dress code (to my knowledge), other than "common sense", like no (hand-held) props, and don't come dressed in anything smaller than a figure skater's outfit. Though it could vary per ice rink.

It would probably either be at "Bladerunners" in Pittsburgh or "Center Ice" in Delmont, since my friends and I are pretty much in between. But I haven't been in the downtown rinks in a longggg time. It would definitely be in the evening all-skate on a Friday or Saturday though, once the location is planned.

You'll probably get more people if you stay closer to town, just so you know

Rollerskating is plausible too. I just suggested Ice skating because it's something cosplay-possible and cool to combat some of the hot summer weather. But if you guys like Rollerblades better, be my guest! ;)

I do better on ice than wheels, so if you opt for roller skating, I'm out...

But don't let me influence your decision too heavily

Geez, we need a two-in-one park for wheels and ice...
Hurm... I would rather rollerblade than ice skate though, since I actually know how to roll. XD
-Never ice skated before and is scared of falling on her tauros- DX

ANYWAYS~
It'll me much more likely for me to come if it was sometime in June-August, and on a weekday, as I could get a ride down there...
(But I'd be hella early. XD)
Just sayin'. owo
