I will make as official comment as I can at this time: The Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh JCS is currently exploring options for the 2013 incarnation of the Sangawa Project.  At this time there has been no decisions on where, when, and if regarding Sangawa Project 2013.

There has been issues created at other conventions due to room sharing forum postings and hotel reprocussions because of them.

You are free to ask for and arrange carpools, but room sharing is not allowed until we get some more information from the convention that had the issue arise.

First, I'd like to apologize to everyone about the "guest" posting permissions.  I think this is the only forum on the BBS that allowed "guest" posting.  I fixed the issue.
Also, yes, they are all the same person, posting from the same IP address.
