I have a prop for my costume, but I'm not sure it is allowed. What kind of prop restrictions do you have?

We have prop restrictions to allow everyone to get through the hallways safely as well as making sure all your hard work doesn't go to waste! Our weapons policy is viewable on the Cosplay page, but a good rule of thumb is that if you think someone can get hurt by your prop, it's not allowed.  All props must be checked by Public Safety staff in the Convention Operations (Con Ops) room upon your arrival. You may be asked to take your prop back to your room or car if the staff determines it unsafe/unsuitable to be on the convention floor.
