I pre-registered with a General Admission Badge. Can I upgrade to a Premium?
You can upgrade to a Premium badge IF AND ONLY IF the following conditions are met:
- There are still premium badges available
- It is before Feburary 14, 2012
Premium upgrades will be check or money order ONLY.
