No! Do not preregister if you want to be a panelist. You will be notified if your panel has been accepted or rejected before the end of the preregistration deadline. However, if you would like a special badge (Premium), please do preregister - the panelist badge is General Admission only and may not be used as a "credit" toward another badge type.
