With the convention located directly on the hotel's first, second and fourth floors, you will have convenient access to all of the panels and events for the entire weekend. The deadline for booking in the room block is February 28, 2012 at 11:59 PM. Please note that there will be no 3rd party rates (Priceline, Expedia, etc) for the Wyndham Grand on our peak dates. We are also working on perks for guests booked in our block, so please support the convention and reserve your room as part of the Tekkoshocon block!

Booking Notes: In order to confirm a room assignment, the hotel requires you to provide a first night’s deposit, refundable up to March 14. Cashier's checks and money orders (received by February 28) and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.  All credit cards used to prepay will be charged immediately.  If you cancel your room between March 14 and 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, you will forfeit your deposit plus any applicable taxes. Please read all terms and conditions on the Wyndham site or discuss terms completely with your reservation agent when booking.
